Sophie Bernard – Operations Manager
Sophie brings over 15 years of experience in security operations, team leadership, and client management. As Operations Manager for ACT Security Group in San Antonio, she oversees day-to-day field operations, staff performance, and client satisfaction across a wide range of accounts.
Prior to joining ACT, Sophie served as a Security Account Manager where she managed tactical operations, implemented standard operating procedures, and coordinated large-scale events at major tech campuses. Her decade-long tenure as a District Manager included supervising over 300 employees, scheduling 8,000+ hours weekly, and handling full P&L responsibilities across multiple client sites—from medical facilities to retail environments.
Fluent in Spanish and French, Sophie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from IFC Herault in France.
