With a background in sales and private security, Roy brings seven years of diverse sales experience, ranging from military recruiting to new home sales. With thirteen years of military service and nine years in private security, Roy understands the nuances of security implementation and client expectations. He ensures optimal staffing, operational equipment, and departmental oversight, drawing on his extensive expertise to exceed client needs and expectations.
Jennifer Soto – Administrative Coordinator
Jennifer is a graduate of Sam Houston University where she majored in Criminal Justice. As the point person for recruiting and onboarding all new employees in San Antonio, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. Her dedication to finding the best talent ensures that we continue to thrive and grow. From initial outreach to final paperwork, Jennifer guides candidates through every step of the process
Jennifer also assists our operations management team with tasks such as coordinating schedules and streamlining day to day processes throughout the branch.
