Ian Harmer – Branch Manager
Ian is responsible for all aspects of operations in the Austin market. From start to finish, he effectively assists in recruiting, developing, and managing quality officers with a strong focus on professionalism, continuous training, and customer service. He ensures all required security services are being delivered to our customer’s expectations and in accordance with service agreements.
Ian joined ACT as the Logistics/Fleet Manager in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the service industry, where he honed his skills in schedule management and elevating overall customer satisfaction
Sam Martinez – Operations Manager
Sam started his ACT career in 2016 and already had 20+ years of field service experience. He quickly advanced through the ranks as an officer, supervisor, field training officer and is now a cornerstone of the Austin market as Operations Manager. He is responsible for a variety of accounts which include all temporary and seasonal jobs.
Sam is a strong believer in communication and team work. His focus is clear: guarantee that all our clients receive the security services they need and delivered with utmost quality.
Tyler Campbell – Marketing
Tyler was born and raised in Tyler, TX. He brings a passion for people and a commitment to growth to ACT Security Group. After joining the company in 2022, he has excelled as a recruiter and recently expanded into a role of marketing and business development.
Tyler holds a BA in Mass Communication from UT Tyler with a specialization in Multimedia Journalism. With a strong background in customer service and fine dining, he has honed exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, making him a natural connector and problem-solver. Above all, Tyler is a people person, dedicated to building strong relationships and delivering outstanding experiences.
