Susan Lowe – Branch Manager and LLC Member
Susan is a lifelong Houstonian and has been involved in the Security Industry since 1982. Prior to joining ACT Security Group in 2018, she owned and operated another security company in the Houston and San Antonio areas. Susan has extensive experience in all aspects of contract security. She has also held a board position with the state security association, Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST) since 1996, lobbying for legislation to improve the industry as a whole. Susan now serves as the liaison for the security industry with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau.
Brian Dunton – Business Development
Brian brings over 13 years of experience in risk management and security solutions to ACT Security Group. With a strong background in both physical and electronic security, he has successfully designed and managed programs involving security officers, patrol services, access control, and advanced surveillance systems.
Holding a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and a MA in Security Management, Brian combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach. He is dedicated to delivering customized strategies that protect people, assets, and infrastructure while fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and service excellence.
Rosa Smith – Operations Manager
Rosa is a native Texan and has been involved in the Security Industry since 1999. She started in this industry as a non-commissioned Security Officer and has held multiple positions in the contract security industry, including Security Officer (both armed and unarmed) and Patrol Manager. Rosa now serves as Operations Manager for the Houston office. Having experience of ‘boots on the ground’ helps Rosa to not only provide quality service to our clients but also furnish qualified and well trained security officers.
